Living a healthy life has become an important part of my life more recently specially after my pregnancy. I am feeling tried lately and seeing more hair fall. I have been taking a lot of different vitamins and supplements to help my body get the nutrition that it needs in case it is not getting it from the diet that I have eaten that day. I do not exactly sit around and count the exact amount of each kind of vitamin and supplement that is in each meal that I eat. I take both a multi-vitamin and individual vitamins and supplements to help with my health. I try to find good quality vitamins and supplements and I feel that these fit into that category. While some people may not be a fan of gender specific multi vitamins, I think that it is a great idea. I am all for equality, but a man and woman’s body are different and need different vitamins and supplements and different amounts of the same ones. Being able to make a vitamin that targets men or women specifically is a great way to improve their health individually. I think that it is great that I am getting the right supplements and vitamins, well at least ones geared towards me. It makes my life a bit easier when it comes to choosing the extra supplements that I have to take along with this one. Overall, I think that this brand is a quality product that is geared specifically towards women.

I liked it because it is made from all natural ingredients and no GMO or gluten added to it. This product is in vegetarian capsule with must for me as I am a vegetarian. This capsule is little big in but easy to swallow. Best part is no after taste as most vitamins do. I like it and will continue using it. Expandable Hose Nozzle byHosezzle

We have been needing to get a hose for our backyard! This expandable hose by Hosezzle has worked great and we absolutely love it!. This a 50ft expandable hose that goes to 75 ft when it expands and it works great! The hose is green just like the picture and it is very light weight which is so nice. If you were to get a 50 foot regular hose that thing would be heavy and not easy to lug around. I love that when you use it, it will expand to 75 ft, but when you are done it shrinks right back to 50 feet. It saves so much space in the backyard and I don't ever have issues with it getting tangled. It does come with a leak proof solid brass end spray nozzle. That is a great bonus, that I have never seen offered with a hose. The spray nozzle sprays evenly and powerful! After using this expandable hose I will never go back to using the old school hoses!!
