So far so good !! I had C-section at time of delivery and since then I am searching for belly support and slimmer for my muffin top. I have already shed most of the baby fat but the last few pounds around the stomach and the thigh areas are bothering me a lot. I am so glad I found this one. There are three belts in the pack which you can wear it alone or all three together. Very comfortable, can be wore for longer time, light weight and breathable. The mesh material and the elastic bands are very nice quality and will last long. It not only reduces fat but also correct your posture which may or may not be due to pregnancy. I recommend if you have c-section delivery try this when you are fully recover from surgery and your stitches are healed. For women with vaginal delivery, you can use it after 1 week but make sure you talk with ob/gyn before using this. I wish I could have found this way earlier.
